Abnoos Chemical Complex (a private joint stock company) was founded in 2016, specializing in the production of various liquid industrial adhesives and impregnating resins to supply the chipboard, MDF, and cellulose industries. Leveraging technical expertise, the company expanded in 2019 by commissioning a formalin and UFC production plant with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. Further development continued in 2022 with the launch of a second formalin plant and a spray dryer plant. Currently, Abnoos directly employs 120 people, a number projected to increase to 200 within the year.

Melamine-formaldehyde resin impregnation is created from the condensation reaction of melamine and formaldehyde. Specialty papers such as decor paper, overlay paper, and backing papers are impregnated with urea-formaldehyde and melamine-formaldehyde impregnation resins and are used to produce decorative wood panels. Urea-formaldehyde resins hydrolyze when exposed to moisture and water and have lower heat resistance. For this reason, they are used in a mixture with melamine-formaldehyde resin. Or, to fill the pores of the paper, urea-formaldehyde resin impregnation is first used, and then a layer of melamine-formaldehyde resin impregnation is applied on top of it.

Dried urea-formaldehyde resin in powder form is a cost-effective solution for the production of feed pellets. It is used to improve the stability and durability of pellets in water. It can also be used in poultry and cattle feed to reduce dust and increase hardness. To use, add to the feed mixer directly before the pelleting and extrusion process. The dosage depends on the feed formulation and processing conditions according to the following values:

Urea-formaldehyde resins are one of the most important amino resins, which are widely produced from a combination of urea and formaldehyde due to their reasonable price, high reactivity and good performance. In places where the production process of wood products is intermittent and there is a need to accumulate glue for a long time, powdered urea-formaldehyde glue is used instead of liquid urea-formaldehyde glue. The transportation cost of powdered urea-formaldehyde glue is less than the transportation cost of liquid urea-formaldehyde glue.
Glazer is a type of melamine-formaldehyde powder used for glazing melamine tableware. Liquid melamine-formaldehyde resin is converted into a powder product using a spray dryer. A thin layer of glaze on tableware prevents melamine from coming into contact with food and creates a glossy glaze on the surface of the tableware. Tableware coated with this product is resistant to abrasion, detergent absorption, and moisture. This resin is also used to impregnate melamine flower (decal paper) after dissolving in water.
