Dried Urea–Formaldehyde Adhesive
Dry Urea-Formaldehyde Adhesive
Liquid urea formaldehyde adhesive is an opaque thermoset resin and is considered one of the most widely used types of amino resins in various industries, especially the wood industry. Amino resins are thermoset polymers produced based on urea and melamine formaldehyde, and the urea formaldehyde structure is also thermoset.
This type of adhesive, particularly liquid grades such as UF-10 and UF-65, is extensively used in the production of wood boards with parallel fiber arrangement (like OSB). Urea formaldehyde resins are supplied in liquid or powder form. The liquid adhesive, while possessing a specific odor and being flammable, offers suitable adhesion and is obtained by drying the adhesive solution.

Urea-formaldehyde (UF) adhesives are combined with stronger adhesives such as melamine, water-based polymers (PMDI), and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) in many applications to reduce costs while simultaneously improving mechanical properties and moisture resistance.
The powdered type of this resin, when dissolved in water, is typically suitable for use at temperatures around 20 C In contrast, the liquid type is better suited for tropical regions and boasts high durability (shelf life) and excellent miscibility with water.
The urea-formaldehyde adhesive produced by Abnoos Industrial Complex features characteristics such as strong adhesion, resistance to light and moisture, high water solubility, long shelf life, diversity in production (liquid and powder forms), high-quality packing, and compliance with the National Standard Certificate.
Properties and Applications
ABNOOS-UF-65 (Liquid) is used in the production of plywood, particleboard, and MDF industries.
ABNOOS-UFP-400 (Powder) dissolves easily in water and is utilized in the particleboard, MDF, and plywood industries.
Storage Conditions and Stability
ABNOOS-UF-65 can be stored for up to 30 days in controlled tanks, away from light and heat, at a temperature range of 25 to 30 °C. Transportation is possible using 220-liter poly-limp drums or 2400-liter tankers.
ABNOOS-UFP-400 can be stored for up to 9 months at 25 °C in 25-kg polypropylene bags.

Fertilizers are a type of chemical or organic fertilizer that provides nutrients to plants gradually and in a controlled manner. Unlike conventional fertilizers, which release most of their nutrients quickly after application and may even be washed away, fertilizer is designed to:
The release of elements takes place over a period of weeks to months.
Increase the efficiency of nutrient absorption.
Reduce the need for repeated fertilization
Reduce the risk of root burn and salt accumulation in the soil
